Team Members

As the scheduling coordinator at Farina Orthodontics, Jana makes sure our office runs on time for the convenience of our patients. Her job includes scheduling appointments, greeting patients, coordinating events, and serving as our office barista! Jana, who has been with our team since 2005, has a lot of fun working with Dr. Farina and our staff, but the highlight of her day is meeting new people and forming new relationships with our patients. We are fortunate to have such a diverse patient population and, for Jana, every day brings new excitement.

Since 2005, Cathy has been a critical member of our team. You can find her doing just about anything in our office, from greeting patients, answering phones, taking payments, and assisting patients with their adjustment appointments. Cathy takes great pleasure in meeting and greeting all our new and existing patients, and truly appreciates everyone’s commitment at Farina Orthodontics to truly care about every patient. Cathy believes that shows in the level of care our patients receive.

As one of the first few faces you will see at Farina Orthodontics, Gail welcomes each new patient who visits our office and makes sure all of their needs are met. Gail spends time with each new patient and gets to know them on an individual level. Gail, who has been with our team since 2000, also helps our patients review their insurance coverage and presents payment plans. Gail, whose favorite part about her job is meeting with our new patients and coordinating treatments to achieve the greatest smiles possible, loves that the entire team meshes so well together to achieve our patients’ goals of a healthy beautiful smile.

Building relationships with our patients and getting to know them on an individual level makes Jen’s work very fulfilling. Jen, who has been working alongside Dr. Farina since 2001, handles many duties at the office, including preparing new patients for their first orthodontic exams, reviewing our patients’ medical and dental histories, discussing recommended treatment, and reviewing patients’ financial options. Jen enjoys being involved in a team making people smile more each and every day. Her most rewarding aspect about working at Farina Orthodontics is seeing the transformation of our patients’ smiles and the glow on their smiling faces when they complete their orthodontic treatment.

Camila, who takes pride in delivering only the best patient care for our patients at Farina Orthodontics, joined our office in 2013 after spending more than a decade in the oral health field. Her favorite part of working with Dr. Farina is seeing our patients’ final results and to see them smile ear-to-ear. Camila loves the chemistry she has with our team at Farina Orthodontics. She attributes that cohesiveness and camaraderie in having a big role in delivering the very best orthodontic results and dazzling smiles for our patients.

Julia, who has been with Farina Orthodontics since 2002, serves as our Invisalign® and Suresmile® coordinator, working with our patients to make sure that their Invisalign and SureSmile treatments go as smoothly and comfortably as possible. Aside from enjoying working with our team (she calls us her second family), Julia enjoys treating patients with special needs, and seeing the joy in our patients’ faces when they see their straight beautiful smiles for the first time.

For Kathy, it is pretty special to watch and work with our patients as they grow up to be confident and responsible individuals and, with our assistance, gain a beautiful smile. To see our patients’ smile get bigger with every adjustment appointment makes Kathy as happy as it makes them. Kathy joined Dr. Farina’s team in 1999 and has been in the oral health field for more than three decades!

A member of Dr. Farina’s team since 1998, Veronica is our lab coordinator who loves the fun and relaxing atmosphere here at Farina Orthodontics, and enjoys the “hands on” aspect of working with our patients.

Logan is the records coordinator at Farina Orthodontics. She has been with Farina Orthodontics since 2015 and loves working with an amazing team and doctors! She is in charge of greeting patients, taking before and after photos, and taking digital scans for Invisalign. Logan’s favorite part of her job is working with our patients, getting to be a part of giving them a beautiful smile and seeing their confidence change is so rewarding!
