"Our experience with this orthodontist was truly exceptional! The free online consultation was incredibly easy and saved us a lot of time. We scanned and submitted images of my child’s teeth from home, and then had a phone consultation with the doctor to review the treatment plan ,all before even stepping into the office.I downloaded the Smile Doctors app, which made communication with the team seamless. When we arrived for the in-person appointment, everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. I was amazed by how smoothly everything went.Elizabeth was especially patient and accommodating with my child, who was a bit nervous. Dr. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, and Dr. Farina was warm and welcoming. "We have completely treatment with one kid. We currently have 1 more in treatment and one more starting soon. Braces aren’t like they used to be. He offers several different types of braces. My youngest sucked her thumb until she was 6 so she started at 9 and now in a “break” while her adult teeth comes in. My oldest had a massive gap. But not anymore. Everyone is nice. It runs pretty quickly there is only a few times we had to wait over 10 minutes. I really don’t have any complaints."

"Thanks to Dr. Farina, my daughter had her serious orthodontic problems corrected. Her tooth was on its side due to not enough room in her jaw. This condition would have caused serious dental issues in the future. Her other teeth were also crowded and crooked. This was her second treatment because the first orthodontist didn’t correct the problem (2 yrs and $6000). Dr. Farina personally developed the Invisalign treatment for her 18 month treatment. "I wore Invisalign for 3.5 years. I had a bad underbite, class 3 malocclusion and was suffering from TMJ disorder.I heard that correcting the bite could fix the TMJ, so I went to consult Dr. Farina. He felt he could certainly fix my bite. I had gone to an oral surgeon previously and he explained that my jaw would have had to be cut and wired shut, the healing process would take weeks, and I would have to eat out of a straw. "I was 12 when I started my FIRST complicated, orthodontic treatment due to crowding & an overbite. After 2 years of wearing the traditional, unsightly, uncomfortable, orthodontic wires & brackets & a night time head gear, the results were impressive for awhile. However, my teeth began to shift & were no longer straight. After 50+ years, I decided to have my complex orthodontic issues addressed AGAIN. This time, the evolution of orthodontics enabled me to opt for an Invisalign® treatment, which utilized custom aligners. Over the course of a year, my teeth gently & gradually shifted into proper place. My teeth-straightening process ended w/high tech x-rays that encircled my head & took cutting edge pictures of my teeth & mouth. To preserve the exceptional results of my once again straight teeth, retention treatment consists of a removable upper retainer & a discreet, fixed lower retainer. I am grateful for the evolution of orthodontics for many reasons! One, I removed the clear trays when I wanted. Two, there were NO food restrictions. I ate whatever foods I enjoyed. "50+ years ago, I desperately needed braces due to crowding & an overbite. The end results were impressive; however over the years, my teeth began to move. I wanted a straighter smile & my orthodontic issues addressed.The evolution of orthodontics is remarkable. I was told Invisalign® can address many of those issues w/exceptional results w/o the discomfort or embarrassment of traditional orthodontic braces. I was delighted to learn I would NOT be getting unsightly, uncomfortable wires & brackets but instead discrete, clear aligners. My teeth-straightening process started w/high tech x-rays that encircled my head & state of the art pictures of my teeth & mouth. NO goopy impressions of my teeth were needed. All of that information was used to create a treatment plan w/o the orthodontist ever touching my mouth! I was told I would be given a series of custom aligners that I would change about every two weeks. Over time, my teeth would gently & gradually shift into proper place.My insurance provider does NOT cover braces, but I was offered a 10% discount if I paid the full amount up front. SUH-WHEET!I am grateful for the evolution of orthodontics! One, I can remove the device when I want. Two, there are NO food restrictions. I can eat whatever foods I enjoy. Three, I can enjoy virtually invisible teeth-straightening. Four, I can brush & floss my teeth normally for better periodontal health. Five, there will be NO broken, sharp, metal wires to irritate my cheeks & gums. Finally, I was relieved to know I can travel b/c there will be office visits only every 4-6 weeks. I was advised to let the office know when I was traveling so extra trays could be taken w/me. So the crux of the matter is the evolution of orthodontics will make this round of advanced treatment much more enjoyable than the last round of a very rudimentary regimen.I look forward to working w/the office staff to ensure that once AGAIN I will have that 'million dollar' smile. What I know for sure is that my smile [w/straight teeth] will increase my face value, + self-image, & confidence. And I was reassured that I am NOT the OLDEST patient!"
