From insurance and coverage to a treatment plan! Marlene was amazing! She made it super easy for me-Mom to understand the process, and especially what to expect!! We had the braces put on today actually and it all went so smooth that even my son who was super terrified with this whole idea for next 12-18 months told me that he kind of liked it and looked cool! "Our experience with this orthodontist was truly exceptional! The free online consultation was incredibly easy and saved us a lot of time. We scanned and submitted images of my child’s teeth from home, and then had a phone consultation with the doctor to review the treatment plan ,all before even stepping into the office.I downloaded the Smile Doctors app, which made communication with the team seamless. When we arrived for the in-person appointment, everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. I was amazed by how smoothly everything went.Elizabeth was especially patient and accommodating with my child, who was a bit nervous. Dr. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, and Dr. Farina was warm and welcoming. "Solid orthodontist, although not happy with friendliness of office. My child is treated at the Tampa palms office and I attend the appointments with him. Each time he’s brought back to the treatment area the staff talk to each other, but not to him. They don’t ask how he is, make small talk with him, or really even communicate with me much until I ask specific questions. The orthodontist unfortunately is the same as the assistants, she never interacts with him which is disappointing, and not good bedside manner. They also are always running late. Most times we wait longer to go back for the appointment, than the appointment itself takes. Lots of areas for improvement"

It runs pretty quickly there is only a few times we had to wait over 10 minutes. I really don’t have any complaints."

"I wore Invisalign for 3.5 years. I had a bad underbite, class 3 malocclusion and was suffering from TMJ disorder.I heard that correcting the bite could fix the TMJ, so I went to consult Dr. Farina. He felt he could certainly fix my bite. I had gone to an oral surgeon previously and he explained that my jaw would have had to be cut and wired shut, the healing process would take weeks, and I would have to eat out of a straw. So, braces sounded like the better option. I started my journey in October of 2019. It is now March 2023 and I just got my Invisalign off. It was very much worth the investment, time and effort.
