"It was an amazing experience with Farina Ortho! Start to finish! Our Dentist recommended my son (10) to proceed with braces and we were terrified but they made it clear in every step! From insurance and coverage to a treatment plan! Marlene was amazing! She made it super easy for me-Mom to understand the process, and especially what to expect!! "Our experience with this orthodontist was truly exceptional! The free online consultation was incredibly easy and saved us a lot of time. We scanned and submitted images of my child’s teeth from home, and then had a phone consultation with the doctor to review the treatment plan ,all before even stepping into the office.I downloaded the Smile Doctors app, which made communication with the team seamless. When we arrived for the in-person appointment, everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. I was amazed by how smoothly everything went.Elizabeth was especially patient and accommodating with my child, who was a bit nervous. Dr. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, and Dr. Farina was warm and welcoming. We were even able to get my child’s top braces placed the same day!To make the experience even more special, they provided my child with some gifts and congratulated her on getting her braces, it really helped her feel proud and excited about the process.I highly recommend this team, especially for busy parents. I took my daughter in for a consult to begin braces, our tc Hannah was amazing, she was so nice and willing to help in making sure our payments were right where we felt comfortable, she walked us through everything and answered all our questions. "We have completely treatment with one kid. We currently have 1 more in treatment and one more starting soon. Braces aren’t like they used to be. He offers several different types of braces. My youngest sucked her thumb until she was 6 so she started at 9 and now in a “break” while her adult teeth comes in. My oldest had a massive gap. But not anymore. Everyone is nice. It runs pretty quickly there is only a few times we had to wait over 10 minutes. I really don’t have any complaints."

"I wore Invisalign for 3.5 years. I had a bad underbite, class 3 malocclusion and was suffering from TMJ disorder.I heard that correcting the bite could fix the TMJ, so I went to consult Dr. Farina. He felt he could certainly fix my bite. I had gone to an oral surgeon previously and he explained that my jaw would have had to be cut and wired shut, the healing process would take weeks, and I would have to eat out of a straw. So, braces sounded like the better option. I started my journey in October of 2019. It is now March 2023 and I just got my Invisalign off. It was very much worth the investment, time and effort. Thank you Dr. Farina and team for correcting my smile! I love it!"

"50+ years ago, I desperately needed braces due to crowding & an overbite. The end results were impressive; however over the years, my teeth began to move. I wanted a straighter smile & my orthodontic issues addressed.The evolution of orthodontics is remarkable. I was told Invisalign® can address many of those issues w/exceptional results w/o the discomfort or embarrassment of traditional orthodontic braces. I was delighted to learn I would NOT be getting unsightly, uncomfortable wires & brackets but instead discrete, clear aligners. My teeth-straightening process started w/high tech x-rays that encircled my head & state of the art pictures of my teeth & mouth. NO goopy impressions of my teeth were needed. All of that information was used to create a treatment plan w/o the orthodontist ever touching my mouth! I was told I would be given a series of custom aligners that I would change about every two weeks. Over time, my teeth would gently & gradually shift into proper place.My insurance provider does NOT cover braces, but I was offered a 10% discount if I paid the full amount up front. SUH-WHEET!I am grateful for the evolution of orthodontics! One, I can remove the device when I want. Two, there are NO food restrictions. I can eat whatever foods I enjoy. Three, I can enjoy virtually invisible teeth-straightening. Four, I can brush & floss my teeth normally for better periodontal health. Five, there will be NO broken, sharp, metal wires to irritate my cheeks & gums. Finally, I was relieved to know I can travel b/c there will be office visits only every 4-6 weeks. I was advised to let the office know when I was traveling so extra trays could be taken w/me. So the crux of the matter is the evolution of orthodontics will make this round of advanced treatment much more enjoyable than the last round of a very rudimentary regimen.I look forward to working w/the office staff to ensure that once AGAIN I will have that 'million dollar' smile.
