"Our experience with this orthodontist was truly exceptional! The free online consultation was incredibly easy and saved us a lot of time. We scanned and submitted images of my child’s teeth from home, and then had a phone consultation with the doctor to review the treatment plan ,all before even stepping into the office.I downloaded the Smile Doctors app, which made communication with the team seamless. When we arrived for the in-person appointment, everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. I was amazed by how smoothly everything went.Elizabeth was especially patient and accommodating with my child, who was a bit nervous. Dr. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, and Dr. Farina was warm and welcoming. "I wore Invisalign for 3.5 years. I had a bad underbite, class 3 malocclusion and was suffering from TMJ disorder.I heard that correcting the bite could fix the TMJ, so I went to consult Dr. Farina. He felt he could certainly fix my bite. I had gone to an oral surgeon previously and he explained that my jaw would have had to be cut and wired shut, the healing process would take weeks, and I would have to eat out of a straw. So, braces sounded like the better option. I started my journey in October of 2019. It is now March 2023 and I just got my Invisalign off. It was very much worth the investment, time and effort. Thank you Dr. Farina and team for correcting my smile! I love it!"
