I am only day 2 out of 18 months in so I will have to update this review as I move along in my treatment. So far though , the office was very clean , the staff are very nice , and it was easy getting an appointment. I recommend anyone starting Invisalign at this location , do your own research about what the treatment entails . Ask about attachments, foods you cannot eat once treatment starts , best way to clean your trays , and purchase some items you’ll need to care for your aligners and teeth prior to starting treatment . My Invisalign kit did not come with any cleaning tablets or written instructions . I think patient teaching of the things I just mentioned are ESSENTIAL prior to the patient deciding on moving forward with Invisalign. The staff was professional & caring , I just wish there was more teaching upfront because I was floored I’d be getting 15 attachments until the day they were applied. I will update my review as I continue through my treatment.
Dr. Farina and crew are amazing. Incredible staff who are always helpful. My son finished his orthodontic treatment 2 months early and has a beautiful smile. Thank you everyone at the BBD office for everything.
